At Mission Bay Golf Course we completed a full tenant-improvement build-out designed to convert an unfinished commercial interior into a functional restaurant space. The project required new interior framing, drywall partitions, ceiling finishing, and durable interior coatings suitable for commercial food-service operations.
Our team constructed new wall partitions using framing and drywall, then finished the surfaces with smooth coatings and durable, easy-to-maintain paint systems throughout the space. We also prepared and painted the exposed ceiling structure, ductwork, and mechanical systems to achieve a clean industrial design aesthetic.
